Do I have to pre pay for services?
Payment for our services is collected after the treatment has been completed. We do not require prepayment for any of our lawn care or pest control services.
Do I have to be home to receive services?
Your presence is not required during service delivery. We operate on an automatic scheduling system. After service completion, we'll leave a notice detailing the work performed and any special instructions. You'll also receive email notifications before and after the service, with the post-service email including a list of products used, lawn care recommendations, and a link to your invoice.
When can I cut my lawn following a services?
We recommend waiting approximately 24 hours after treatment before mowing your lawn. This allows sufficient time for the applied products to be absorbed effectively.
How frequent are my services?
Our service schedule is designed to provide treatments every 5 to 7 weeks, ensuring consistent care for your lawn and pest control needs.
My yard was just treated for weed control, how long before the weeds are gone?
The weed control process begins within 24 hours of treatment application. However, complete eradication may take up to several weeks. We kindly request that you refrain from pulling weeds after treatment, as this can interrupt the process and lead to weed regrowth.
